Code Of Conduct
At the [Full Access] conference, we pledge to act and interact in ways that contribute to an open, welcoming, diverse, inclusive and healthy community.
We are committed to providing harassment-free experiences in our sessions, events, public channels, private channels, and direct messages - in order for participants to connect, collaborate and share ideas.
All participants have a right to a safe and welcoming environment regardless of gender expression/identity, physical appearance, race, body size, ethnicity, disability, religion, age, sexual orientation or any other attribute.
Conduct
Honest and spirited dialogue is encouraged, and opposing viewpoints are welcome but we do not tolerate harassment of participants in any form.
Harassment may include, but is not limited to:
- Offensive or demeaning verbal comments, physical gestures, collateral material and social media posts that demean, intimidate, threaten, or otherwise uninvitedly target an
individual.
- Harassing photography or recording.
- Gratuitous or off-topic sexual images or behavior in spaces where they're not appropriate.
- Inappropriate physical contact.
- Unwelcome sexual attention.
- Deliberate intimidation.
- Stalking or following - online or in the physical world.
- Bullying, teasing, or diminishing someone's tech prowess or technical choices.
- Publication of non-harassing private communication.
- Physical contact and simulated physical contact (eg, textual descriptions like "hug" or "backrub") without consent or after a request to stop.
- Threats of violence.
- Sustained disruption of conference functions.
- Possession of firearms or other weapons.
Participants engaging in any of these actions will be asked to stop all offending behavior and must comply immediately.
Failure to comply could result in expulsion from the conference or space without refund and exclusion from future conference activities.
If Something Happens
1) Let the person know that what they did is not appropriate and ask them to stop the behavior and/or edit their message(s).
2) That person should immediately respond with corrections.
3) If they don't respond, or if you’re uncomfortable speaking up, contact one of the conference Conduct Contact volunteers (Contact) listed below
